Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 potato
- 1 tbsp frozen peas
- 2 tbsp sweetcorn (frozen or tinned)
- 4 tbsp water
How to make it
- Peel and chop the carrot into small chunks. Fry in a frying pan in the oil for about five minutes.
- Peel and chop the potato, then add this to the peas, sweetcorn and water. Mix well together.
- Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
- Take the pan off the heat and leave to cool. When cool, puree the mixture and serve.
