Strawberries and cream pavlova


  • Large ready-made meringue
  • 300 ml double cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 500 g strawberries, hulled
  • 3 tbsp jam
  • Icing sugar

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, stir together the jam and strawberries until the strawberries are covered.
  2. Put the lemon zest and cream in a bowl and lightly whip until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Spoon the cream on top of the meringue and finish by topping with the strawberries.
  4. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
