Ingredients
- Large ready-made meringue
- 300 ml double cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 500 g strawberries, hulled
- 3 tbsp jam
- Icing sugar
How to make it
- In a bowl, stir together the jam and strawberries until the strawberries are covered.
- Put the lemon zest and cream in a bowl and lightly whip until it forms soft peaks.
- Spoon the cream on top of the meringue and finish by topping with the strawberries.
- Dust with icing sugar to serve.
