Behind the scenes of Baking with Kids

New from Priddy Books this month is a fantastic baking book, packed with recipes to make and enjoy with your kids. The 20 easy-to-bake recipes, which include cookies, brownies, cupcakes and many more tea-time treats, are ideal for getting creative in the kitchen. Each one has step-by-step instructions to follow, plus there are lots of handy baking hints and tips to try together, too.

All these recipes have been inspired, tried and tested by Kathleen King, the baking-wonder and owner of Tate’s Bake Shop in Southampton, New York, which is famous for its chocolate chip cookies, delicious muffins and all sorts of tasty pies and cakes.

We were very excited to try the recipes ourselves at the photo shoot. It’s difficult to choose a favourite, but the hazelnut cookies were a particular hit! Take a look at some behind-the-scenes photographs, below, and be sure to get yourself a copy.
